• Use the free Workflow Finder and choose to submit your details afterward - the free result itself requires no information at all; if you do submit, name and email are required, and company, a description of how things work today, tools, and notes are optional
• Sign up for a free resource or newsletter
• Book a call - scheduling is handled by our booking provider, which collects the details needed to schedule
• Contact us directly via email

We do not collect payment information directly; payment processing for any paid engagement would be handled by third-party processors with their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry or a Workflow Finder submission
• Send a confirmation or welcome email related to what you signed up for
• Follow up about our services, if you've expressed interest (you can opt out at any time)
• Improve our services and website

We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. How Your Information Is Stored

Information you submit is stored in our database (Supabase), which is always the primary record. Depending on what you signed up for, a copy may also be sent to one or more optional destinations we use for specific purposes - a spreadsheet or Airtable for tracking, our email service to send you a confirmation or welcome email, or GoHighLevel (our CRM) for a particular signup type. Each of these is only used where relevant, not as a blanket copy of everything you submit. We do not share your data with third parties outside of this pipeline.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools on this website. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any such tool is added.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as there is a business relationship or potential business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
