Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Services
Ihsan Systems helps growing service businesses find and fix workflow and systems problems that make the business harder to run. Work may include a fixed-scope diagnostic of a specific recurring workflow, and, where justified by that diagnostic, implementation such as process redesign, documentation, software configuration, integrations, automation, or custom tools.
Each engagement is scoped individually. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price are documented in a project proposal or service agreement provided before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Pricing, payment terms, and invoicing are set out in the individual project proposal or service agreement for each engagement, since scope and terms vary by engagement - not a fixed structure stated here. Any proposal will state the amount due, the due date, and how long the quote remains valid before work begins.
3. No Revenue Guarantee
Ihsan Systems does not guarantee specific revenue results, lead volumes, conversion rates, or business outcomes. We build and optimize systems based on best practices and your business inputs. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer quality, pricing, and sales process.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms for an active engagement - including notice period and any refund treatment - are set out in that engagement's project proposal or service agreement, since they depend on the specific scope of work. Upon cancellation, you retain access to any deliverables already completed and paid for, subject to section 5 below.
5. Intellectual Property (Client-Owned Deliverables)
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the workflows, automations, and configurations built for your business. Ihsan Systems retains the right to describe the general nature of work completed (e.g., in case studies) without disclosing confidential business details.
6. Ihsan Systems’ Original Materials
Apart from the client-owned deliverables described above, the original materials we create and publish - including our written content, frameworks (such as Grow/Flow/Keep and the business-systems model behind it), diagrams, the specific structure and wording of our assessments and tools (including the Workflow Finder), and our software - are the original expression of Ihsan Systems and may not be copied, republished, or used to build a competing product or service without our written permission.
This protects our specific expression of these ideas - our exact wording, our exact diagrams, the specific structure we’ve built - not the general business concepts, methods, or facts underneath them. We don’t claim, and copyright law doesn’t grant, exclusive ownership over general ideas like diagnosing workflow problems before recommending automation, or over business terminology in common use. Anyone is free to think about their business the way we do; they are not free to copy our specific words, diagrams, or tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ihsan Systems' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
